About
Hiring is two people
failing to find each other.
One side sends two hundred applications into silence. The other reads six seconds of each and knows that is not enough. Neither is behaving badly. Both are drowning in the same coordination problem, from opposite ends.
What we believe
Most of hiring isn't judgment.
It's logistics wearing a suit.
The part that genuinely needs a person — reading someone, deciding, making the offer — is a small fraction of the hours. The rest is forms, chasing and re-reading. We build for that fraction to be reachable sooner, not for it to be automated away.
What we refuse to build
Some things stay
a human's to do.
- We will not build an agent that decides who gets hired.
- We will not infer a protected trait, for any purpose, including a well-meant one.
- We will not let an agent act in someone's name without showing them what it said.
- We will not sell a candidate's profile to anyone.
